IMO this is our 5 year plan, build this group of young prospects into a team, some signings are going to work and some not.
Next year we will have a top class coach, he may wish to move Sio to full back and get another good experienced FB or winger. Let Tilse go after his contract finishes ( I think it's after this year) and get a powerful prop or possibly two and move Allgood to second row. Hopefully we will be able to give some more youngsters (Oakes, Wardill and Moran) some more game time.
