He's not a team player, moments of brilliance interspersed with over flamboyant drivel. He looked lost at FB when we played Salford and don't see him as a loose forward. He might do well in a saints or wigan but to put him in a mid table side would be suicide.'"
Sums up how I feel TBH

He's a Bailey Mk2. Would destabilise our club and undermine our team spirit.
Can't comment on the North Sea Ferry analogy, as I haven't been on one for over 20 years. As a flyer, however, I can say with some certainty that Chase would carry more baggage than the entire Ryanair fleet would at any one time nowadays.

Rovers have been under cooked fitness wise at the start of the previous 2 seasons so for me Mallinson and his whole team need replacing and overhauling.
Fitness coach
strength & conditioning coach
wrestling coach
all these (not sure who is in individual roles currently) need to be replaced or procured prior to pre season otherwise the players will not be prepared for the new season.
As for the defence, isn't that Pochings current responsibility? i think there is enough evidence this season to argue that the lack of consistency and some massive scoreline against Rovers means he is currently struggling with this role.
That said defence would improve along with improvements in the areas for the other coaches i highlighted, i'm just not confidant its enough. I'm not sure who to replace them with but hopefully Peacock will have input and help sort out the shortfalls.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Yacht. Forget it. Any spare coppers nowadays goes to Mrs PR's wardrobe and my vintage wine collection. I wish.
If I had the money, I would definitely invest it in Hull KR though. I would also upgrade to a Gold membership for me and Mrs PR and subsidise deals for those posh Hull Pies and Wold Top Bitters and Lagers to be sold at sensible prices at the stadium on matchdays. I'd also order some bigger custom made shorts to cover up Bobby Blairs bum cleavage.

Don't worry. It only functions as an off shore tax haven at present.
He's cashing in his Volkswagen shares to have a submarine pen built on it. Then he's employing Heston Blumenthal especially to deal with you.

See it was announced about an hour again, ruined my inside information. And I was so pleased with myself.
One other thing he said would be that Rovers won't be running an under 23s side due to lack of players and cost.

Doesn't make much sense for us to run a big squad at this time. And the kids that aren't ready are better flying the nest - look at young Robinson, he's played pretty regularly at Fax.
The problem is that kids start at SL clubs then are seen to have failed by 'stepping down' a level.
A more sensible approach would be to progress from, say Skirlaugh or West Hull, to York or Doncaster, then to Rovers or Hull. Then to Leeds or Wigan
We spend whatever we do on our academy then George Lawler rocks up from West Hull. Shaul was at Skirlaugh iirc, and Lineham was picked up from York.
I don't think academies are a particularly efficient system. the RFL would be better off taking money off the SL clubs, and investing in the grass roots. SL clubs could then scout for mature talent rather than focusing their efforts on teens.

Wasn't a rumour I heard yesterday but if Sinfield doesn't like Union he's coming to us apparently
