I forgot Keating, I thought he showed enough touches to ease the worries about filling Dobbos boots a little and seems to have a decent kicking game, some of the moves didn't quite come off, but with time to gel and a bit more game time I'm pretty optimistic about our new half back.

All in all I'm pretty happy with that. We bombed a few chances the first half that 2/3 games in we would have scored.
I like the look of Keating & listening to JP on Humberside on the way home, I think I've found a new favourite.
It was just good to watch a game of RL.

We totally dominated them physically during the the first 20 when both teams were strong and it was also noticeable when both teams made some substitutions in the middle of the first half when Green and Cox really lead the way for our young players.

Keeting was rock solid in defence and his short kicking game was really consistent with great technique. We bombed a few tries but it's to be expected when it's the first hit out in wet conditions other wise we would have been out of sight by half-time.

Our young players really came out to compete in the second-half with Robinson, Beharrell and Hallett the ones who stood out for me. The young stocky kid wearing 33 did well in the face of some pretty experienced opposition.

I definitely get the impression Radford is already a man under pressure with him bringing back all his first choice players for the last quarter to ensure he got the result even though they've got a game against Featherstone next week.

Only Greame Horne who had an ice pack on his knee after the game so thankfully we've come out relatively unscathed unlike previous years.

You have to remember that Willerby is like the Greencore of the construction industry.
