| Eden & Paea outstanding, thought Burns was very good as well. Green's quite a sight when he winds up!
Cracking game, we do make for good tv! Saints deserve a lot of credit for their 2nd half display.
For some reason I though we had Alibert as ref. Did I image that or was it changed after last week?

| Was that crowd really 4,500? I've seen crowds announced at 7,000 that looked smaller on TV!

We stand in the last section of the East stand and can generally tell how many
judging by how full our section gets and looking at how full the West stand seats are.
I am pretty sure there were more than 4,500 at todays game.

| Thought Patterson was relatively quiet today. Chimed in for little bits during the match and came up nicely with pssesion on occasions. Paea my MOTM followed by Eden.
Green is slowly turning into one brute of a man

| Had it not been for Cory's ball steal when we were on the rack we might have all been bemoaning another embarrassing defeat right now.

Don't forget, no cup run is enjoyable unless you win the final.

| Drat!
I thought I'd posted on the "Saints Game" thread and it turns out this is the "Non sequitur" thread.

| Now I've criticised Eden a plenty, but fair play he was dynamite today. I'll forgive him the knock on as it was a kick from only a few metres away from him. Sometimes they stick, sometimes they don't.
On the plus side, two marvelous kicks through the line (the second a bit flukey but he'd seen the opportunity and it was definitely a play he'd spotted) a great little stop and go to wrong foot the defence for his try, and the way he got out of his own in goal with three defenders on him showed fantastic determination.

| James Greene is a real good prospect, just needs more game time.

| I was amazed how many times the east stand shouted" FOEWUD " yet ironically the pass that started the break leading to Meli,s red card was the most obvious of the game, wonder if CS will mention it.
On a side note i thought rovers were worthy winners with Paea and Dobbo the main men but i also thought Welham looked as strong as ive ever seen him constantly making ground after impact.

Rightly so, they had great games.
also think Adam Walker deserves a mention as he was a handful taking the ball forward and with a couple of great offloads with men around him in the tackle.
Lovegrove had his best game of the season for me and showing the form he had last year.
Let the draw be kind to us... please

| When is the draw for the next round?
Wouldn't mind Whitehaven or Workington town away.
