I am beginning to believe.

From what I have been told the 'investor' will be a major stakeholder in the South stand project and the academy, and will underwrite Rovers squad operating at max of SC over the next five years.

It is unclear whether AWL is a sole investor or the head of a consortium. . .I suspect he is the latter, but all will be revealled very shortly. If it is true then it is fantastic news.
