Assault= cause a victim to fear violence.
Battery= any intentional physical contact with another person without their consent.
Take your pick which one comes closer going off whats been said by someone that was there.

I would imagine there are a lot of differences. Does your chairman know your history? Would he shore up losses year on year out of love for your club? Does your Chairman live in the local community and know what the club means to it? |

You never being knocked into in a pub Stan...because I certainly have especially if the boozer is busy, can be like that down prinny ave scrum down just to get to toilet.
What makes me giggle with this is one KR fan has allegedly decided that an FC fan did this [iintentionally[/i, yet only last week when Cas reported various incidents KR fans challenged what people had seen and asked if they were mind readers...interesting that. |

Well, he's said he would, and like your chairman he knows it can't go on forever and we both need to achieve 'break even' crowds. But if I'm honest, I think your chairmans already cost cutting. I don't think you're at full cap, your coach is on the cheap and he wasn't allowed to bring his own staff in with him.

Ive not once said there was, you like i are going off what someone has said on here- what theyve said suggests it was intentional but we dont no so have to take it at face value as we wernt there and those involved were in a pub that serves amber stuff that can cause peoples minds to adjust the truth.
But you were saying he shouldnt be in a pub 'coz he dont live near there' which is IMO abit pathetic, and if you dont think what youve said is wrong then you need to sober up after your great win.
