No. Neither has David Scott who was mentioned as one who might step up. It's 50k for players (who play SL), outside the top 25 - that is either being divided by 8 as it stands or we don't intend to play some in 2012. Though I guess we might be able to use some of any extra cap the Tomkins Rule has got us - it is that messed up, anything is possible.
Given the number of kids Saints played due to their injury crisis, I do wonder if there is some kind of carousel mechanism. Or whether unused 'normal' cap can be used for those outside the 25.
Looks like this is as close to an official announcement about Taulapapa as we're likely to get, also.
