I say balls to it, Sky was absolutely pants last night, all night. I'm in the right mind to ring up and vent my frustrations - Usually results in a "6 months half price".

I wrote to Iams about the cat food yesterday whilst there was sod all on the box, Basically letting them know that the Chicken and Salmon pouches in the 40x variety pack are really difficult to extract from their pouches, There's an awful lot of wastage left inside the wrapper. Today I got a reply, quick that, nothing to do at Iams towers besides respond to feedback. They expressed deepest sympathy with my problem and thanked me for my valued feedback which, as they take great care to ensure their product is the best it can be, will be looked into immediately. Funny that because it's always been the same - I've just never felt like moaning about it before, because TV's usually better. They have also kindly sent a voucher for a whole wealth of freebies which will be with me within 10 days. Exciting times.
