Quote: Gordon Gekko "Where have i said Colbon is irreplaceable??
Fact is Colbon is far more comfortable on the right and is now showing the form he was when last played on the right for any length of time, he is also infinitely better than Halley. Unless Rovers have targeted a right winger letting Colbon go makes no sense at all.
Morgans crazy decision to swap his wingers resulted in both players losing their form big time. Prior to that they, along with Briscoe, were a very important part of the team structure and were incredibly good at what they did.'"
Completly agree, prior to his injury and subsequent swapping of sides, Colbon seemed to add an element of organisation to our defence and we seemed a far more solid side with him in it. His clearing of the line was exceptional and he was getting a fair few tries as well.
He seems to be getting a bit of that back of late as well, its just his confidence on any type of kick that still seems shot, if he could sort that he'd be high on my list of players to re-sign.
