30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

As subtle as Danny Oglesbigot, although admittedly slightly more amusing.

| Think the odds are spot on, on form you would in my opinion be favourites but with us being the home team that would reduce those odds and make you very slight favourites.

| +2 or -2 is here nor there. Some bookies look at other things when deciding their odds but betting wise they are poor odds for the punter.

| OK, let's put it another way. If FC had just thrashed the champions and had O'Meley, Long and Fitz playing and Rovers had just been thrashed by Wakefield and were missing Dobson, Newton and Clinton, I'd say that was a pretty hefty advantage. Come on, it's hardly an unreasonable opinion.

Like i said, we are missing more players than you. Charnley and Latus will be sampling a competetive derby for the first time with only 4 first team games between them. One will be up against an international winger and the other facing an international centre.
You are 4th in the table having won 6 of the last 8 plus you have only lost once at fortress KC all season and that was only because it came 3 days after the first derby.
Difficult task for us given that we have come out of a massively physical non-stop battle against the champions the previous week whilst you had a game that was more of a training exercise.
Hope we can over come the odds

HOW on earth do you get NILLED at Wembley ?
When your coach isn't a winner at heart and Gentle is not a winner at heart .
We were a pub team
I coached for a long time and we won 95% of games because winning is a mental state driven by a desire to CRUSH an opposition. Did FC look as though they wanted to Crush Wigan and strangle them until they screamed ? NO
RL is a tough tough game and Maylord She-dong you have no clue
In fact don't ever ever reply to any of my posts again:37721.jpg |

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

I meant hkr to win by six or more, I'd like to blame the betting system they have out here for my confusion!

...and if you'd won 5 of your last 7 games and where sitting near the top of S/L after 10yrs in the comp, playing a side on home turf, who had just come up playing with a near national league one side , losing 6 of their previous 7 games and second bottom, I'd say that was a pretty hefty advantage.....would you agree?...

| Seems everyone on RH, red and white, black and white, pundits and interviewees all make Rovers "red hot favourites", Lee Richardson saying FC won't even be in it. I reckon therefore that I'm on the money with this one and you are all big girls blouses with all your faux "too close to call" nonsense. TBH if you play like you did last week I'll at least enjoy some good rugby.

Never mind. Don't OD on the commiseratory bacon - you'll have meat sweats by 11am.

I know you're being nice, and I thank you kindly, but the benchmark is quite low TBF.

Standing up to the forum bully.
It must be working, he doesn't like me...i'm devastated: |
|
| Looks like the bookies were spot on but how the hell did they know our captain would fail his fitness test and we'd produce a second rate performance ?
