We've no problems with our quota and the cap is proving that you can't keep every player you produce.
We also have a very rigid wage structure which GH won't break for anyone.
The way ratu sees it is he's better off at rovers both contract and playing 1st team wise and good luck to the lad.
Afterall he isn't joining the SL timebomb that is HFC is he??? |

There are systems in place at leeds that have worked well for us and obviously ratu see's this as an oppurtunity to play more 1st team games and earn a good SL wage he isn't the 1st and won't be the last. |
