We've no problems with our quota and the cap is proving that you can't keep every player you produce.
We also have a very rigid wage structure which GH won't break for anyone.
The way ratu sees it is he's better off at rovers both contract and playing 1st team wise and good luck to the lad.
Afterall he isn't joining the SL timebomb that is HFC is he??? |

Timebomb??.....Exploded a while ago chief!!!

There are systems in place at leeds that have worked well for us and obviously ratu see's this as an oppurtunity to play more 1st team games and earn a good SL wage he isn't the 1st and won't be the last. |

I'd imagine that having Senior, Coady, Watkins and Delaney signed up means they don't need him. Much the same with Ashley Gibson, simply not room under the salary cap or he's elected to take a two year deal with us as opposed to a one year deal with them |

This is similar to fox,murrell and scruton where we had a good squad and that's taken into account when new deals are negotiated.
Sometimes players accept the terms and stay to fight for a spot and on other occasions they accept the better offer and leave it's that straight forward and although like i said before i'd of liked him to stay and it could bite us GH has been very successfull in running the club this way. |
