I would really love to have a sensible, serious debate with someone, anyone who thinks Sandercock should remain in his job into next season.

We were told the start was down to a tough fixture list. Then after a few wins, we were called "knee-jerkers". Well, taking the full picture in, 2 1/2 years of missed tackles, I have had enough.

The fact that only 6,800 turned up should be ringing alarm bells in Hudgells head. Rip up the contract Neil, it will never get any better under this clown.

Who would you have as coach then Stan seeing as your first choice already has a new job

Sandy may be a nice bloke and allegedy good at training individuals (no evidence of this though, Eden is STILL s**t). We generally have some good individual players though, but don't have a team. Making players work as a team and having some minor type of game plan is the job of the coach. On that evidence I'd say we currently don't have one. Sack Sandercock now!

His constant blaming the refs are affecting the team as they are now disrespecting the officials. Most of our chants in the east stand tend to be hatred for refs or Hull recently, when we should be encoraging the team. That has also been influenced by the coach.

He must go now. My 120 mile round trip as a season pass holder is starting to make me think twice before going now.....

Well, that was bloody awful. Yes the ref was crap especially in the first half but by god, what type of performance was that??

Please, please do not hand over another contract to that abject failure of a coach that we have. If you do, expect season passes, and other profitable sides of rovers to slide dramatically. My season pass money for next year is now dependant on you making the correct descision here. For the sake of out club, get this guy well away so we can re build a better club than the shambles he's left us with!!

If the current coach is the yardstick then I could do a better job. We need to carry out a recruitment process like we did when Morgan was ousted ( I'd have him back like a shot btw).

I don't care if he does 12 hour days, he's obviously a busy fool if it's true. I want a leader who can devise a gameplan. I want a coach who takes responsibility for poor performances, he's buying into the East Stand blame culture, where defeat is always someone else's fault.

I couldn't go back to the boring rugby and player favouritism Morgan showed he was to interested in been on the TV plus I don't think we were any better off with Morgan than sandercock we finished fourth once but were hammered in both play off games I'm not saying sandercock is the answer but who is there about to take the team forward

Easy one: Noble. Can't be worse than Sandy. Offer him a 1 year contract. Koukash was stupid to sack him. Kear us another option and worth a punt. They're both not going to set the world alight but both are streets ahead of the strategic numpty we have at the monent and should be available.

That's what happens when a coach has no strategic game plans of any kind, can't fire up his team or get them working as a single unit. Sandercock is an average individual trainer not a team leader.

The attack has disappeared from as recently as last year though.

Its been in decline the last 3 years. We occasionally get it together when the players organise themselves as Sandy doesn't do it.
