NCP will hold about 13ish when the north and east are done (funding in place so for free for AA), All he needs to worry about is funding a new south stand and he gets his little RL ground for both FC and KR.

He can then get on with making his football club a premiership club with a football only stadium (The prem DO want this) and he can do with it what ever he wants.
There is little need for him to touch us if NCP isn't in his plans
