Mrs B, you've had ample opportunity to make your point. People can draw their own conclusions on its strength and validity.
Did I really refer to mr Lloyd as 'gee'? I do vaguely recall ms predicting 4th, but people get things wrong sometimes, especially prospectively, there's no shame in it. I doubt that is even in Mike's top 5. Anyway, I digress.
So, moving on...
We're past will it, won't it and it's more a question of 'when?' and rate of progress. Weather's turned much nicer down here today and up there too, looking at the webcam.

Interesting use of public purse, I suppose every last penny the Government spend is public purse even if it's raised from mobile phone licences, but yes I can confirm it and that I am answering the same questions again.

It is based on outcomes not KPI's as you well know.
It was based on the number of business pods within the building and the number of new jobs created.
The catering alone covers the jobs and the target period of risk is just two years, and considering we applied for the ERDF I think that is quite self explanatory, ie- if you applied for a business loan would you expect your neighbour to repay it if you defaulted?
I think this has now been done to death, and is quite unfair on people who would rather talk RL rather than BS.

I saw it as a chance to put to bed the financing of the stand once and for all, it's a strange she never asks any questions of the public money spent on settling FC's debts with the overly generous purchase of the place that will forever live in the memory of a 1/3 of their fans. |

So in the Doomsday scenario that Rovers default and targets aren't met, Hull City Council and its taxpayers foot the bill not already footed by the Treasury, thanks for clearing that up, done. I can only imagine your dismay when Hudgell was talking recently of not going round again before the thing's even built, though. Yikes.

If you're going to condone dredging up old ground sales as a stick to beat FC with, please refer back to December 1999 and the purchase of New Craven Park by the council when Rovers were in administration which enabled Rovers to continue to trade. They then arranged a long term lease via Gaingroup (now KCD) conditional on Rovers sub-tenancy IIRC. Now, what to have for tea? Steak, peppercorn sauce, I think.

I am very slow, but that's not quite what I said, so help me out on point 2 below. If Rovers default and ERDF targets aren't delivered, isn't that 2/3? Let me put it more clearly:
Rovers Stand - 1/3 - risk to Council if Rovers default
ERDF - 1/3 - risk to Council if conditions of grant not met
Hull Training - paid for by the public purse already
It's all hypothetical, of course. Review/due diligence of tenants current and projeted future cash flows will have been both independent and comprehensive.
