Wasn't Fozzy a part of the 4 peice at Saints over the past few years? He had to be as good or there abouts to even be considered for selection. Add to Fozzy a Mick Vella and your looking at an awsome front row that hasn't even played alongside each for a full game yet!
Cooke on his day can be as creative and wise as any half back in the competition, Pryce has speed and elusive talents to his name but both players are different yet I'd say can be equally deadly in the middle.
Ok you rate Wilkin far ahead of Murrell, you've not seen too much the past year or two of Scotty then, he's like a man possessed and very rarely has an off day. His kicking game is better than Wilkins, his ball playing is as good if not better and with his extra weight he's put on I'd rate him pretty close to where Wilkin is.
The Rover players I mentioned I would suggest around 80% of other SL clubs wouldn't say no to having them as a part of their squads and would be regulars in their first teams.'"
First let me state that this is from the TV games and games Hull have had against both teams. I'm not going to claim I know more then you, just going on what I've seen.
Fozzard was but isn't anymore... Doesn't that tell you something, if he was as good as them they would have kept him because Hargreaves isn't exactly immense is he?
On his day yes but Pryce is a much better player then Cooke based on the fact he has done it week in week out whereas Cooke has done it very rarely.
I don't agree at all especially about the ball in hand bit. Murrell is very average from what I've seen. |

I don't think Agar would at all. I think Lee has played really well at hooker and Fisher for me wouldn't get into many other teams in the Super League as the first choice 9. |

Are you having a laugh? No way is Lee a better hooker than Fisher. In the case of Houghton, at the moment I personally think Fisher has a better "all round game" but as we all know, Houghton is still young and learning his trade. Providing he gets some better coaching, I do however, think in the long run he will become a better hooker than the Fish. This is no disrespect to Fisher, because as Nick said he is very under rated in SL, and I always prefer our play when we have Fisher on the field. |

We are a top two side at present but i'll happily settle for being a top four side in just our third season in super league.

11th and 7th has been fantastic, top 6 this season will be wonderful. |

| Houghton is a dummy-half scooter and nothing much more at this point.
Fisher has far superior distribution off the floor and a better defensive technique than Houghton.
It's all well being diplomatic with our cross-city rivals but the harsh reality that the reason why they will finish bottom-four this season is because they have some players who are no way as good as their fans think they are; I mean at the start of the season, I had to refrain from commenting on the brain dead know-it-all's who had the likes of Tickle and Radford ahead of Galea in their joint Rovers/FC combined 17's - nothing more than a joke really.
Of course there are some variables as Raynor, Berrigan & Manu are class players who would get into our 17 but the rest are average at best.
Of course FC fans will disagree, but my comments/quotes will be vindicated by a 12 - 16 point difference between the two teams come the end of the season and then Mrs Barista will no doubt move my quotes to her recycle bin... 
Could be worth a bump that one.  |
