Hall must be hacked off at not getting a game. He played 70+ SL games at FC. Where to next for him? Another year at Rovers but clearly not going to displace either of your centres. Perhaps Gentle/Kidwell will give him a run at full back or on the wing.

Maybe a new coach will see things differently. I hope he does get a decent run in the team though, in a season full of woeful performances I think Hall has been one of the better players (when he actually has played).

It was a really odd signing and probably a decision made by Hall's heart rather than his head as its clear it would be better for him to have moved to a side where he would stand a better chance at playing instead of simply wanting to play for the team he supports and to stay in the city.

Hall is just unlucky that he can't force out Welham or Webster, that's all.

Ryan O'Hara and Lyodd White was your other big exclusive, you had that on good authority from someone at the top too.

If we were short of a winger/fullback why are you looking at Hall. He is a centre, a relatively average on at that.

I think that there is a fair chance we may see Hall at full back next season. There must be some strategy behind him featuring there now for the reserves.

did is dad not start playing at full back and then finish at loose forward when big Mal malinger destroyed him but with time i might be wrong

Hall has been 'showing signs' of being a good player for about 5 years now, but never makes that final step up into being a good player.

Will Sharp is exactly the same for us now, shows some good touches and potential...but then presses the self destruct button and ends up back in the reserves again.
