I agree, he has made little to no progress in 2 years IMO and that can't all be blamed on Hull's coaching staff
he still has time to come good, but I'm starting to think he won't make it at a top level due to how inconsistent he is. |

In all honesty i don't think there is much between them. Welham has the advantage of having a decent coach, a settled position and quality half backs to play with. If the roles were reversed you'd probably be saying the complete opposite about both of them.
FWIW i would offer Hull a fee for Hall and sign him tomorrow. |
