| Would be delighted to be wrong about Murrell. Broken hand though wasn't it?

Minor though according to Justine, said he'd be back for the 2nd game of the playoffs. He also said Cockayne would be back which shocked me, broken foot or ankle isnt it?

| Quote: Mild Rover "The Champions and Table-toppers, away from home. BIG ask.
Will be a big occasion too though and a chance to find out if we really are contenders or just among the best of the rest.
[sizeInjuries[/size Murrell is out for the season. Question marks of varying sizes over Briscoe, Webster, Galea and Cockayne. Gene and Wheeldon are on report, but would be slightly surprised if they got bans, even given the RFL's sometimes erratic decision making. Wheeldon doesn't have much previous that I'm aware of. Gene does, admittedly.'"
Injuries have not one jot of impact on a team's performances and results, according to the learned masses on here. Oh, unless Rovers have got more than one, in which case it's time for a doom-and-gloom-fest. Sounds like Galea will be playing anyway, so actually from a 1st choice starting 17 you'll be missing Webster, Briscoe and Murrell (who will be available for the 2nd play-off game apparently, despite being "ruled out for the season" a week ago ). Leeds have 3 out as well, so you're all square.

i know you have nothing to look foward to (not even next season ). is this why you concern yourself with rovers injuries, or maybe you are turning.......

Like Justin said, if they are good to go they are good to go, if not then the boys who come in have to step up to the plate and he expects them to. No point in moaning about them just got to get on with it

He was on Monday. As I predicted, Rovers got an "unexpected boost" with him being declared fit for week 2 of the play-offs. Just the standard mind games, overstate injury before appropriate medical opinion to create a good news story midweek. Hopefully the same will apply to Briscoe, he did look in some trouble unfortunately.

many thanks, but everyone knows the grapes on your vine have been sour for 3 years now. go to GF every year, would be a monumental achievement if rovers were to get there, but i have enjoyed this season so far and its not over yet.

| well we now have a fairly difficult route to he gf
rd1 v leeds
if we lose
rd 2 against winners of wakefield v catalans
if we win rd2 then semi against leeds unless they choose somone else except for the sts(who cannot be chosen as semi apponnents)
wich could then lead to game against sts, hudds, wigan or cas depending on there set of results

| Potentially a minimum 160 minutes from Old Trafford after 27 rounds of the Super League. I'm sure we;d have taken that back when Justin said he thought we could win it

I actually would prefer to that to the winners of Castleford and Wigan, is it definately correct?
