All this fuss about a stand that is no were near finished yet( if they build it they will come to quote a line from field of dreams) so chill it will happen

Go to CP and have a look, they need to at least extend the east side seating to bring it back on track, but then that would mean more seats than planned!!!

I can see them moving the pitch to compensate for this, which would be a bad PR move.

I have a good eye for detail, nothing gets past me, I have had many disagreements with builders.

I cannot believe AS hasn't posted any further pictures. Weeks and months of posting pictures of fences/bins/mud/crucifixes and general tat ... and now the actual frame work of the stand is near enough sorted - no pics. You've let your country down. You've let yourself down. And most importantly you've let Easty down.

Moving on. From pics posted so far it's impossible to accurately gauge where the stand starts/finishes on the eastern side. However, the western side appears to start more or less where the plans indicate it should be (parallel with the RM stand). Wherever the stand's final footprint location is, it matters not. It's getting built that way and I highly doubt it's not gonna' change now.

At least it'll give the Barcodes an excuse not to attend the derbies, "its off centre, I'll get neck ache!"
