That's why that "stand" used to be full of us and now it isn't. If you made the Golf stand the Away stand for us as it is for every other team, you'd see a normal Hull crowd. Fantastic business strategy from Hudge and Co. in these times of empty coffers.

Who in their right mind would pay more than £5 to stand there when you can watch on tv ion a pub or at home and get a much better view?
This is not about blind loyalty (yes I know KR would have 7000 fans at Hull even if they were forced to stand in Hull Royal Infirmary Car Park and watch from there), it is about Hull fans finally realising they can enjoy the game better from a tv viewing.
The 600 or so who are going to stand in that area are the ones who A) Dont have a TV or B) are not bright enough to realise this will be the third time they will go home wondering who was playing and who scored for either team ![]()
I wouldn`t go that far

You do realise it will have cost up about 7grand foryour fair weather fans not to turn up. In the grand scheme of things a drop in the ocean and well worth ensuring our fans get the best views in the ground.

fc go or not fc would be in the cr@p stand which you cant see anyway so your fans would not get a good view if fc where not there |

Yes but I buy my tickets from wigan & sit at the side. I am not bothered about being in with the rovers fans as I prefer to meet the the other teams fans & have a good natter about the game. It is my one regret at being in super league is that I cant wander around & meet other fans I do not like separated stands or away fans areas. I understand why it has to happen as our east stand is nearly sold out with season tickets & that seems to happen at most places now. At Odsal at least you can still mix happily. |
