Not at all Stanley, turning down initial offers is more than likely par for the course with these things. Just something I'd been told, and better contracts don't necessarily mean an increase in wage. |

According to Dave Parker in the league weekly Rovers were in for Carl Ablett which prompted Leeds to offer him his new 5 year deal.
He also revealed that after checking with the club he found that Liam Watts still has another year left on his contract.
