Joel could be about as influential to Rovers future as Mick Vella was when he first arrived. He is young enough to still have his best years ahead of him and he has certainly rubbed off on the other players. Before he arrived as strong as Rhys Lovegrove was running he wasn't exactly hitting the ball at speed, much like other props we have had or have we seem to get the ball stood still yet since Clinton's arrival our forwards do run onto the ball.

Well worth the wait. JM certainly spells him for the maximum impact. Rovers always seem to play their rugby when he's on the field.
