| Quote: rebelrobin "so is that a no the fun time frankie lol.. i tell you what we could do with roopy coming on here giving us his thoughts on who maybe be available over there in postions we require, also morgan escare full back? and i would 100% try for luke burgess and even try getting frankie mariano back or rhys lovegrove someone who will play with passion.. good thing i read on dave nosey parker if it right that willie poaching is going to wakefield end of season please mr defence coach go now lol'"
Out of those you've mentioned I'd take Burgess and leave the others were they are

| Quote: rebelrobin "i see in league weekly dave nosey parker has said a deal has being done for nick scruton to kr from next season.and albert kelly will be leaving which to me is a shame if we can get albet to perform like he did on friday every time we play we may not be were we are in the league now. but there is a abundance of players in nrl ooc this season like if we wanted to replace kelly with a slightly older guy how about 30 year old issac johns'"
There may be something in the Scruton rumour especially given the fact that he and Peacock were old buddies.
With regards to Kelly, beside the rumour of him going elsewhere, there is also some talk going around of him been offered an option to remain at KR .
I would certainly hope that the latter to be true.

| Kelly is a real bundle of contradictions isn't he? A month ago we all wanted him gone, pinching a living, tossing it off and now he's back to being the Messiah once again.
Funny old game...

Not me. He needs to play every game like he did against Wakey for me to change my mind about him.
He only turns it on when he wants to in my eyes.

If Rugby League Rocks, then Hull KR is its Soul.: |
|
| I think he can take it up a level when Campo is playing because in his own words, "Campo takes the pressure of any on field tempo or game management decisions off him and he can play structured or off the cuff as he sees fit as a direct result."
I still have a sneaking suspicion Albert Kelly will be back here next year, despite the rumours.

Greg Burke didn't impress me on loan at all. Greenwood did and since he signed for us, he has really kicked on. Like Burke, also a penalty machine. Must be the Wigan way.

Burke had a lot of injury problems but he does have some quality he's at least on par with Clarkson

There is a pencil sketch of the great Rovers team from the 80s in my local boozer here in Wakey. I reckon the artist used a whole pencil on the taches alone, not to mention the hair.
And yes, can we please have Albert.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

| That's where we went wrong.
Lack of 'tache's.
See Garry Clarke and Dave Watkinson.
Even Gordon Smith tried to camoflauge how awful he looked with a bit of facial topiary for a while.
We're working our way back with hair, we won't let Alby go, not with his magnificent 'fro.

Sorry, was that an attempt at humour?

| I hope Steve McNamara is our coach in 2017. Former national coach who has spent 3 years working under a truly outstanding coach in the NRL.
I don't like the man, but since when was that a qualification requirement for the job?
