To be honest,I would sooner nail my foot to the floor than cheer on Rovers.

| Quote: fcimp "That's pathetic, you follow your team through thick and thin, no matter what, there's something very wrong with this person and i would say it if the switch had been the other way.
unfortunately i can also testify to a fan that has changed allegence, my very own brother, grew up a robin and then went over to fc a few years ago.
otherwise known as a
GLORY SUPPORTER.
all teams get this sort of blight if they get a bit of good roll ie chelsea, leeds utd, newcastle ,hull fc, leeds rhinos, saints , wigan etc etc, you can go on and on naming teams that get the extras fans.

We all know the result, and his son duly obliged. At the game on Friday he and his girlfriend (rovers supporter) where sat in front of us. I noticed during the game how he kept looking around at our fans and as the game progressed how much he was getting drawn in by the occasion.
Well after the game we went our seperate ways but he did say how much he enjoyed the game and the atmosphere.
The next day (sat) we where hearing rumblings of a cross city move, the biggest since Paul Cooke.
If true then good riddance to the pathetic excuse for a supporter.

| I've spoke to a few people at away games, their partners tell you "he's an 'ull fan i've made him come" to which they get all stuttery and argue "No i've always supported Rovers!". I have brought many people to NCP as my partner works the odd weekend so I use her pass for a +1, non-rugby fans and hull fans (could be said that these are the same thing) have joined me and all have enjoyed the experience.

| rather have our 'pathetic' attendance that gets brought up on here a lot, mrs b take a bow, that people that fickle that they can think you can just change colours that easily. obviously not that bothered about it really.
on a slight different twist a very good mate of mine (a staunch rovers fan) got with a new girlfriend and she didnt really get what it was all about and he (without prejudice i might add) took her to both grounds and she decided the better atmoshpere was better in the east stand (at craven park) and is now a kr fan. just thought i'd add that

| i can't believe there's more than 1 story of people changing allegiance between FC and rovers.
i thought that sort of thing only happened with children and their ever changing choice of which premiership football team to support

Its a paid for ticket and the people that occupy that standing space, whether its the person that purchased it or not buy drinks in the bar etc, manchester city will sell your game tickets for you in their club shop if your unable to attend and give the money back to you, its only the same thing.
Personally I think your talking a load of Tosh, that means they would have to also employ bright people on the turnstiles to check them and they would be the only club in any sport with a photographic season pass.
