| Quote: Gavin Miller - Legend "So by that reckoning all 12 teams wanted him.
When in reality the only other club he spoke to was Quins.
Why can you not just accept that his position is covered and covered well at Rovers.
I have stated several creditable reasons as to why Morgan would not sign him but because he has ended up at the KC you overlook them and look to score childish points instead.
Lets not forget that at the moment he is unproven in SL and before you scoff many players have struggled over here who have Aussie caps to their name the latest being Matt King.
Then there is his disciplinary record which is poor, suspended for 21 weeks since 2001, and the injuries which have been mentioned.
If he goes well and leads Hull up the table then fair do's.
Im more then happy with our second row pairing and so is Justin Morgan.
His off season recruitment has strengthened the areas that needed it.
No Second Row was signed.
That is proof enough as far as im concerned.'"
i think people forget about about the salary cap and quota restrictions. if hkr are strong any where its the back row.

Yes mate, pains me to say but think Hull will do well this year, and to be honest they should.
Bradford havent really recruited too well and i dont believe Mcnamara is all too bright.
Quins have lost a few players and again in my opinion not recruited well.
Just think Salford will be well up for it and have a point to prove being back in SL. Also very impressed with Hudds recruitment and Cas have some very good youngsters.

Why should they?
Think Bradford have strengthened their pack very well, Scruton and Worrincy are both young and have bags of potential and Menzies IMO will go really well for them, can cover at centre if needs be. Not added much strength to their backline but surely enough to see them make the play-offs.

They have a lot of players back from injury, a good signing in Crocker and a world class player in Berrigan who will be having his 2nd season in SL.
I think Bradford have a lot of average SL players, such as Sheriffe, Worrincy, Jeffries, Godwin etc. Menzies was world class, one of my favourite all time players, but how many of the aussies hit the ground running? It nearly always takes some time to adapt to SL. Also he hasnt exactly got age on his side anymore...

They also lack strength in key areas and go into the season with an un-tested head coach at this level.
If your calling them players 'average', what do you think about about FC's recruitment baring Crocker?
Dont think Menzies is the type of player who wouldn't give his all.

I dont think FC's recruitment is over, thats what i think of it. Personally i rate Thorman, Calderwood is a proven winger at this level...
Ive never doubted Menzies attitude just his age.

Simple really, I cant see Hull finishing that high and I cant see Bradford finishing so low, based on both teams squads.
Hey who knows, it could be me who is miles out with my predictions.

Thanks, remind me to get your opinion when discussing world famine, the credit crunch and why i cant get past the Big Baddie on Gears of War 2. Your opinion is obviously always the correct one.
Can i lend that crystal ball of yours?

Tut tut.
Crocker's original intention was to join Clint at Rovers but our quota was full so Clint hooked him up with the nearest Super League club - ask Hutchie...
