HOW on earth do you get NILLED at Wembley ?
When your coach isn't a winner at heart and Gentle is not a winner at heart .
We were a pub team
I coached for a long time and we won 95% of games because winning is a mental state driven by a desire to CRUSH an opposition. Did FC look as though they wanted to Crush Wigan and strangle them until they screamed ? NO
RL is a tough tough game and Maylord She-dong you have no clue
In fact don't ever ever reply to any of my posts again:37721.jpg |

you are correct, it is a game, I found the chants about tom lineham not making Wembley a little tongue in cheek, typical derby banter, and no doubt inspiring to him to make sure he does get there and puts a good performance in.
some people on here need to get a life.
as for burns, he will play more games then he misses, he will play more good games than bad, he will win more games than he loses. he will be one of the first names down on the team sheet, the guy gives his all every time he wears the shirt and if he winds up the opposing fans and players, that's just tough.

Correct. Adam Walker was head and shoulders above everyone on the pitch. Well supported by ET.

| The fact Burns got our MOM award must have been a sarcastic joke. When he loses his head like that he is a liability and its embarrassing to watch someone wearing the club you love's colours acting like a complete ****. THose who say he winds the opposition up and it adds to his game etc, well all he did today was get wound up by Miller and give away stupid penalties.
When he keeps a lid on it he can be very good and has had some good games for us and was the Exiles best player v England. But hes too easy to wind up and the negative effect it has on his game is massive

His biggest fault isn’t winding the opposition up its winding the ref up, the number of times refs pull Dobbo over ‘to have a word with him’ is ridiculous. At best it will subconsciously make refs ‘pick on him’ at worst it will put a big bulls eye on his head akin to Bailey and Hock.
The best halves now how to play the refs, they do it with a smile on their face. Briers is a master of the art, chipping away but with no malice.

I only watched back the hr long repeat on Sky, and after "Move" it seemed Trav or Travis was Thaler's second most used call*. Thaler gave him plenty of slack and by the end of the game, I think he'd had enough. TBF - the ref mic mostly picked up reasonable communication between the two I thought. Just Trav invites trouble and then doesn't back out of it, despite many warnings to calm down.

Lets put it like this burns gets excited on the pitch does nothing wrong in the eyes of the rfl only the FC hypocrites, crookes caught on CCTV red handed against a woman who had no chance I know which player I'd be calling. Off to work rant over

| I'd sack him, although other clubs haven't sacked players who have been convicted, hopefully we will, no place at the club for this type of player.

He did, although he was suspended (without pay) for 2 months. It was during the season, so it was painful fo the 1st team, but principles were applied.
Not that it taught him a lesson mind, we still had to bin him off.

When Cockayne was found guilty he was also punished by the club and stood down from playing for several weeks. Hudgell didn't turn round and say he had been hard done to though.
