Listening to his interview, it's alarming that a 33 year old scrum-half is the main reason why a poor coach like Agar is still in a job - your club will never get anywhere whilst it is ran in such a directionless way. |

TBF long is a character of the game, a great player (should I say was...) and an attention seeker to boot as such he will always be hated by opposition fans regardless of it being their neighbours which just adds to it. |

i reckon if he stays fit he will be a good signing for your lot regardless of his age. cant be worse than thorman 
its the stayin fit part at 33 that might be tough (you dont have best of luck with injuries anyway) and i'm not certain but he must have missed at least 35% of games from last 2 or 3 seasons with injury. if fit should lead an improved pack well
no doubt i'll get a load of grief but its my opinion. |

A big part of him coming to Hull will be the role he plays bringing on the likes of Turner, Tansey, Washbrook and freeing up Richard Horne. The best thing I've read so far from his book is the slating he gave Noble for not doing enough ball skills in training and not establishing a gameplan 4 days before a game. Considering we appear not to do any gameplanning whatsoever, I'm hoping he uses his influence to demand we start doing so. Given his career to date, I think it's fair to say there are interesting times ahead at FC. Could be a huge success or a massive disaster, but doubt it will be quiet mediocrity.
