If people bear AUP 1.2a in mind then we can keep this open. And obviously that'll apply irrespective of the outcome of all this.

You think he will come forward with an explanation, if this all comes out negative?

Bearing in mind Kim Jun Mild's recent reminder of AUP 1.2a, I can't think of a suitable answer to that question.

If it all turns out negatively, I'm sure the man himself will want to come out and tell the truth to try and save face.

If this situation turns out negative and i hope it doesn't, then i cannot see how Mr Larvin can save face, in fact if i was him and it should turn out as such, then i would want a complete face transplant as he will be remembered for all the wrong reasons and become a laughing stock in Hull.
However, thankfully whatever the outcome i believe the club has acted in a professional manner in its dealing with the situation and hasn't made big noises or claims but instead allowed Larvin to make all the statements of his intent.

It could turn out negative but without a comment or an explanation from Mr Larvin, it could make him look ridiculous. Whereas if he came out with a statement explaining the reasons for the investment not happening, the explanation may turn out rather plausible which in turn would help him save face.

I wonder if the state will provide a new monitor as i just covered mine in coffee, (not very good coffee as it was state provided)

I know the deadline is the 31st of January but was there a time put on it cos some of us are real busy tomorrow and might not be able to tune in for the announcement, one way or the other.
