They seem to have not sure if this is due to clubs applying for them earlier tho'. If the signing does come off it would be a worry if last years fiasco around the league is anything to go by.
At least the club do know what they're dealing with now and will go into it with open eyes unlike last year when a number of clubs got caught with the changes to the system.
