Im affraid everyone near me has been stood in the same spot for years and years- i think if anyone even tried standing were they do that they would get moved along.... so that makes your point as good and your team at the minute!

Going on league position you are doing better than last season.
Stick with your coach and i'm sure you can improve year on year.
