| I'd agree that Cooke ain't looked as good for hull kr than he did for hull.
At hull he and Horne looked like they was going to be very good pair at halfbacks when they both broke into the hull side.
IMO Cooke likes to be the main man in attack and likes to run the team like he did at hull but at hull kr he has dobson who seems to be your main go to man with ball in hand.

| I think Cookes move has been disasterous for both Hull & himself, I think both parties have suffered greatly with the exception being his bank account.

Those lawyers are very expensive - perhaps if he hadn't listened to Elton John so much he would still be at Hull FC fighting to avoid the wooden spoon?

Just out of interest, why when it was obvious Dobson was suffering with his leg,Cooke didn`t take the kicks for goal.?

| I cant believe its the same player that was at Hull. Whats happened to the long ball to the centre/winger, a proven move that had an incredible strike rate for Hull yet ive hardly ever seen it executed when ive seen him play at KR. Dont get me wrong, he was never the perfect player as his kicking game in open play was never the best but his place kicking was as good as if not better than Dobson. Hes a wasted talent who will never totally fulfil his ability. Im not trolling here but i genuinely believe that only a move away from KR to a club where he would have onfield control with the ball will see him get back to his best. Either that or put him back at 13 to give him a free role or get rid of Dobson (which obviously is never going to happen).

True, i dont rate any of the threequarter line at KR tbh. Think the overall standard of player has dropped alarmingly over the past couple of years and im not just saying that because of where Hull have finished in the table because weve had some very average/poor personnel on our roster ourselves. You look back on SL and the teams Bradfod, Leeds, Saints, Wigan and even Hull had 3, 4, 5 years or more ago would wipe the floor with the Saints, Hudds, KR teams that are around now. Leeds? well are they just walking over the mediocrity that is around now or are they genuninely that good? Look at the England World Cup performances last year. Im fed up of listenin to Eddie/Stevo hyping up young players like Kevin Brown, Kevin Penny etc who end up been average at best. Phil Clarke even commented on young Sam Tomkins possibly being better than Shaun Edwards at the same age. Shaun Edwards played in a very good Wigan side and his job was made easier but i'll be very surprised if Tomkins gets as much out the game as Edwards did (I like tomkins btw, he has the makings of a very good player).
Sorry for going off topic btw, i was on one

Have no idea where you are coming from here. You don't rate Briscoe. How are you so certain that Raynor would have finished off a certain pass last night that Fox didn't. Did you not see the try that Fox scored against Wigan where he had practically no room to work with. It is seriously deluding of you to suggest that standard of players are dropping and the competition in general. This has to be the most competitive season yet with every team having some talented players. It is not like it used to be when Wigan bought all the best players. I think the overall state of the competition shows why a team like yours is down at the bottom and that you have no definitive right to be in the top four. You have got to turn up for every game or will get beaten as we have learned a few times this season.

Even our best team in Leeds were cast aside by manly earlier on. The SL has grown in terms of entertainment, but has gone backwards in quality I'm affraid to say.

| Its funny to listen to the bitter one's who see Cooke play in a couple of derbies a year ( where he destroy's you ) and on sky as opposed to the thread on the unnoficial forum where fans ( who watch him on a weekly basis) are debating wether he should be made captain.
