Hopefully the option is therefore in the club's favour and we can keep him for 2010 - iirc, when he signed it was reported as until the end of 2010. Not looking like the sort of decision that would need too much agonizing over is it? That would at least forestall any predators for a year and give us a chance to extend his deal, before it starts run down.

On the Dobbo thing he has stated in the Hull Daily Mail today that he would not play for another Super League Club and that he will stay at Rovers for as long as they will have him/can.

Dobbo will be playing with a team that will have its major stars tied up for a few years, so it makes sense for him as a professional to stay and develop himself with top quality stars under a top coach, who by Dobbos own admission lets him 'play how he likes'
