With Feka off the bench and Fielden getting back to his old form, and two young props improving game after game, and a workhouse in coley, we look very well covered in that area, probably the 4th best in the leauge.

Barrett was great, but he was not the only player on the field I would say Carmont and Richards were more influential at times than him.

Outside backs- Richards (best winger in the league), Carmont (second best centre in the league), Pryce (17st, quick as anyone, great hands), Roberts (looks like were signing him also, great winger, pace to burn, fantastic finisher), Phelps (good untility back), Ainscough (one of the hottest prospects in british rugby), Goulding (also a hot prospect, is slowly stepping up to super league level).
Far better outside backs than most teams.

I partly agree with your last post, but in the modern game the half back and stand off are just either side of the play and do the same Job, we also have the option of Tomkins, tipped as the next big star.

With the team we have, I would be very shocked if you finished above us.

Had a far better season that that bag of s**t Calderwood.

Fielden did look a little better last season than in previous ones but still not up there with the likes of Vella.
Dont think many people actually rate Coley, was in great form about 3/4 tears ago but failes miserably to live up to expectations.
Feka, obviously one of the best impact frowards in the league but I do like the look of O'Carroll.
Now that line up leaves you short up front without any more signings.

Carmont has been a very good signing and did alot more than I expected him to do and Richards did a good job once again. I still dont think we saw the best of Barrett in SL but he still carried the team at times, dont think he has been replaced.

Richards, must be one of the most valuable players in the league in terms of all points scored but I wouldn't say he was the best winger.
Carmont, did a very good job last season.
Pryce, coming back from a long term injury and was never a complete player, always seemed to be something missing.
Phelps, probably no better than some of the up and coming lads in your academy, waste of a quota space.
Not been overly impressed with Goulding and it sounds like Ainscough has plenty of potential.
Roberts has yet to sign, so I'm not making any comments.
When I mentioned outside backs, I include full back amongst them. Now Mathers certainly isn't up there with the best full backs in the league and can be a real liability at times.

It does look like Tomkins has the ability to go onto better things in the game.

No doubt you guys will make the play-offs but there are so many teams this coming season with relatively strong squads all battling it out for a top 6 finish.

why dont you dig out the stats when colburn played on the wing because the stats on the super league site will be mixed with the games he played in the centres and 2nd row as well.

unfortunatley for calderwood noble doesn't like his type of winger. hopefully we'll see him play at the level we all know he can.
