Well obviously you didn't watch the opening World Cup game between Italy and Wales where Mantellato scored a try and leaped above the welsh defender to take a cross field bomb and off load to Tedesco to score possibly the game of the game.

No worries. if KR are after him Mantellato won't let anyone down. He never got a real chance at the Knights behind Uate and McManus. He stands at 6 ft 5, he is great in the air, defensively strong, try scorer and an awesome goal kicker. In his NRL debut last year he scored a try and kicked 3 goals, 2 were from the side line. I think he will be a good asset for the team.

You're not really worthy of an answer, but no, I won't as it's not particularly worth commenting on. Some of us know all about Mantellato and his place in the Newcastle squad thanks to roopy.

Josh Mantellato has only had one game of firstgrade this year, and won't get another now that two amazing junior wingers have debuted last week, but for the third year in a row he looks like being the top pointscorer in NSW cup (reserve grade comp) - and this year Newcastle don't have a top side, so topping the pointscoring from a side struggling to make the finals is a top effort.

He is deadset point scoring machine.

I follow Parra out here and am gutted to be losing Sio. He has come on leaps and bounds last couple of years and showing his true potential this year. Fast, strong and elusive, plus he knows where the try line is. Mainly played on the wing, but has been more than a capable replacement for Jarryd Hayne when he was out through the origin period. You have snared a good un here and you won't be disappointed.

Might be a bit of a surprise signing at halfback from us for next season .
