| Anyway , now that Billy Liar has finished , that's some arm this young lass has , throwing a half empty plastic bottle from the east stand to the Leeds fans.

| Quote: Dudley "I don't think there was ever an allocation as such for the Golf stand for FC though, any sat in there would have had to buy them in dribs and drabs from our club shop/office so you would imagine they would be more spread out, and probably less of them than the home support.'"
In recent times I've tended to sit in the Golf Stand on Derby day, usually aquiring tickets from your club shop (when it was situated on Holderness Rd). There was one year (2010/11 I'm unsure) when I was specifically asked whether I wanted the FC section or Rovers, but this was a one off.
I'm hoping to sit in the North Stand this year (unless it's wholly r+w). I sat in there for the PNG / France WC game and was quite impressed with it. Decent view and comfortable seats, just what I need in my advancing years. If the North Stand is to be mixed on Derby day, then I would hope/expect for the day to pass without trouble from either side. So far, 2007 appears to be a one off (thankfully) and let's hope it stays as a one off, for both of our sakes.

Admittedly, it's got absolutely zero competition, but this is the top post on here in the last week. Good man.

| The last season of the golf stand I was in there on derby day and it was probably half and half mixed right across and there was no trouble at all just a bit of banter

I always enjoy the banter on Derby day, it's what makes RL in our City unique. As I said earlier, I would hope/expect for that to continue this year/ next year / any year. There are plenty of people from outside who need only the slightest opportunity to beat the fair City with a large stick without any of us giving them an open door.

| No problems at all for me on Sunday. A few Leeds lads worse for wear in front of the band pre match, but overall no issues. Sometimes it's better when the fans are mixed cos the gobshizers aren't overly vocal when an opposition fan is within grabbing distance. The major problem is not just the odd divvy but the useless stewards, and that's wherever you go. Bring back the bobbies and mixed supporters aren't a problem. One copper is worth ten silly stewards.

A meltdown worthy of the FC board

| The original concept of the stand was to attract more away supporters, I for one hope it remains mixed, Rugby League could always stand proud against other sports in particular Football for mixed terraces.
I remember being told years ago Football is a gentleman's sport followed by thugs but Rugby League is a thugs game followed by gentlemen.
