Are you using Companies House Webcheck?
On the order information page if you check "include allotment of shares" it tells you that document SH01 shows an increased share capital value as of last week by £125,000.
Can't answer the BMR question, no matter how many times you ask. |

That doesn't mean that they went for 50p a share this time though as I think (again not sure) that I got them pre SL.
Edit-After a quick search when I pretty much went straight to them I can confirm they are 50p shares and I got them in 2006. |
