Generally, I think the number of 7 overseas players should be lower and brought back down to 5 for all clubs, but that's one for the VT really.

I genuinely hope you unearth enough English talent to keep out very average quota players like Quinlan or Tilse. I won't comment on Butler-Fleming as I've not seen him play, and unlike you I prefer to offer opinions based on things other than pure fantasy.
