Yep. Just looked it up, left in 1991. Time flies. I bow to you superior knowledge!

I find your lack of knowledge in these matters disturbing Jean...

They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

It won't happen again, I can pretty much guarantee!
Great to recall such a marvellous player,at the time, as hard as it was to accept, where we were as a club I actually wanted him to go. There's a part of me that wished Psycho had gone as well. We were barmpottery at the time.

| I thought the same about psycho. What a career he could have had. Was far too good for us at the time.

At running across the field still remember him getting his shoulder popped back in in front of the East stand

| If we are talking about running across field. Do you remember steve smith? Ran 60 yards sideways to go 10 forward. And yes that was over 20 years ago.

Those were the days of Greg Austin, Watson (?) Botica, and Bishop IIRC. Good side you had around that time

| I loved Bright Sodje! .....He was strong, powerful and fast! .....If he were in the game today I would have him on my wing above Sio and many of the modern day wingers (excluding Chariots obviously)! .....That said, we haven't had a decent and proper winger for years, so I'm chuffed to bits that we now have Sio on our wing!

Dave Watson, loved that guy, didn't do me a right lot of good for reasons that shall never be told.
We should have been a good side, but there was so much in fighting going on we managed to be average with Austin scoring around forty odd tries. Bishop was entertaining but nobody would even dream of giving him a contract today.
On The Wrong Side Of The Chocolate River from around those days, turns out my sisters father in law is a bit of a friend of Paul Prendeville.

| The best thing that Bishop did was blatantly punch Shaun Edwards from a scrum during that Challenge Cup mudbath at Craven Park that ended up 6-4 to Wigan! .....Ha!

| The thing about Kenneth Sio is that he has scored tries in all kinds of ways from all distances (except for a near length of the field if I am not mistaken). That is special. He is clearly one of the top five wingers in Super League.

| Ken Sio is a good acquisition for us and he is certainly an upgrade on the last couple of years. Over a longer run will likely be considered our best of the last 20 years, but bearing in mind we have been in the lower leagues for a majority of the last 20 years the competition isn't tricky - If it was expanded to 40 years, he wouldn't be the first name on everyone's list.
My favourite was Plange - Although this was against poorer opposition at the end of his career he was great entertainment. I think he may go down as the most angriest/aggressive winger that I can recall, which is why I have a soft spot for him.
In terms of talent it would likely be Ford and Fox that he is competing with as Sodje left in 94 (I think) and most of the others named were before 1995.
