Cox (ill), Welham (wife having a bairn), Gardner (injured) also missed out. He only put 2 debutants in when he could and should have been much more ruthless.

In all reality, today was a nothing match in relation to the league as top 8 unlikely even if we won. However in my opinion was important to give a decent showing as if anyone there was in two minds about renewing their pass next season that could have made their mind up one way or the other.

I was thoroughly narked at the end, but my season ticket ( I refuse to use this "pass" bobbins) renewal is never in doubt. The next 20 or so dull Sunday's will remind everyone why we do it.

Not good enough once again. I wish i could fathom what motivates this mob of players cos the attitude appears totally different each week. Going out on the pi$$ was acceptable to part-time players in the 70s and 80s but times and wages have moved on since then.

I watch the top 6 on Sky most weeks and we just don't play the same game. They are fitter and are better at cheating than we are - until we master both of those aspects then we'll get nowhere.

Left edge was appalling in defence all game. Salter, Hall and Eden ruined any chance we had. Thank god 2 out of three of them are leaving.
