Yes, still a lot to learn. He carried the ball for his first try (I think) with both hands held slightly in front of his body, it would have been so easy for the defender to knock the ball out, the ball should have been under his left arm and the right arm used to fend the incoming tackler.

He also seems to run into contact very upright and do a little jump resulting in him being put on his or over the touch line. Looked nervous all game.
