You need 8 club-trained players in the 25, so can have a maximum of 17 who are not club-trained. This is why Taylor, Murrell and Watts all going creates such a challenge

Hall, Gleeson, D.Hodgson, Burns, Dobson, Tuimavave, O'Hara, J. Hodgson, Withers, Paea, Mika, Horne is 12 straight off the bat.
Some of Caro, Carlile, Brown, Walker and Griffin may be only be on the club's 'starter wage' and Griffin might still be young enough to qualify as club-trained, but if not there are the other 5.

Have any of last years under 18s or 20s been promoted to the senior squad, does anybody know? I know we signed up a few of the 16s to professional deals, but they'll presumably be part of the new 19s set-up to start with.

It's more of a letdown when you realise that you've signed Alex Brown and Sean Gleeson. Sorry, but hype-building and being linked with marquee players sells tickets and generates interest. If we'd signed Tuimavave instead of Ellis, there'd be less pass sales.
