I'll answer this sensibly, as I don't feel the need to troll. AP has stated that due to a chronic lack of investment in youth by Hetherington & co. we are effectively starting from scratch from the 16's. This means that we'll have to recruit fom outside to plug the gaps.

FC were 4th in the competition before today on 19 points, Rovers were 11th on 8 points having played a game more. Maybe he's taking into account Rovers' delivery, or lack thereof, over the season, rather than just today, which could be more balanced evidence?
