Probably to do with all the games we have lost recently, we have been in decline since we lost all 3 of our props. No matter what anyone says fans aren't going to pay £20 for a poor view to see a team low on numbers and confidence. If you had 10 players out and got the same amount of points put on you as we've had I very much doubt you would have taken 2000 to Cas

Didn't take many to Wakey? Cas were close to outnumbering Wakefield fans at that game. Oh and the Wigan game you also mentioned on the Cas board...that game was played mid week on TV with 3/4s of the side out, of course that wasn't going to get a massive crowd.



Spot on, I don't think KR have ever taken more than 2000 to Cas either, they just massively over inflate the number of fans they take to away games for some bizarre reason.

Rubbish isn't it. I'm sure other teams think Hull is several hours away, when in fact the stretch between Cas and Hull has to be one of the quietest stretches of Motorway in the country (at any time of the week)

We are moving our games back to Sunday's next season, yet I doubt we'll see any more than the usual coach full from certain teams.

lots of fans use poor faclities as an excuse not to visit craven park. but whats the excuse for not visiting the kc.

Well iv'e been going to away games for approx 35 years now and i would beg to differ, there have been many occasions going back as far as the early eighties when Kr would take more than 3000 fans to Wheldon road as it was then known plus many other grounds also, you may not like it but that is a fact.

The players... people should know how much they appreciate (and therefore respond to) support on the road.

to be fair, yes rovers generally have a good away support but the last 2 years you've brought no more to us than we've taken to craven park, around 300.maybe the friday night on sky put a few off?

Also not good for the players who really appreciate the following they get at away games on a regular basis. Don't worry about other teams away numbers, just concentrate on supporting Rovers home AND away.

Funny that, also - The attendance at Wakefield when entertaining Castleford was 6,784 - lower than both the HFC and HKR fixtures at 7,965 and 7,283 respectively.
