That team if fit AND on form. But it's neither atm and Mr Kear appears to be doing what he does best and delivering some unlikely results. Game on!

Good for him, I saw Chris Thorman give a MOTM performance against Bradford when he was at Hull.
Stats can often be misleading, for example Dowes use to make a lot of metres per carry as he was one who ran it in from kickoff so use to make 20 metres drives a few times a game.
He is an average overseas prop, another Peter Cusack.

| This seems like a good season to build for the future and to plan for the departures of established players such as Vella, Galea, Colbon, Cockayne, Briscoe and Netherton. I would therefore give Sherriff, Latus, Hall, Beaumont, Wheeldon, Watts, Cook, Hodgson and Taylor as much game time as possible.
1. Sherriff
2. Hall
3. Webster
4. Welham
5. Latus
6. Green
7. Dobson
8. Vella/Clinton
9. Hodgson
10. Beaumont/Wheeldon
11. Newton
12. Taylor/Cook
13. Murrell/Galea
14. AN Other (Fisher/Cockayne etc)
15. Lovegrove
16. Cook/Taylor
17. Wheeldon/Beaumont/Watts

| Do people honestly see Sam Latus as a viable first choice winger in the next 2 season?

That was in his last season with Hull, Like Clinton he got worst each year, as he become more of a plodder.
These stats (their first full seasons) are more comparable.
Both stats show that Clinton is better going forward than Cusack (I think I would have been in his last year) but Cusack was a much better defender.
Still laughing?
Both average overseas players that SL could so without (Nothign against Rovers, Hull have a couple that could be replaced within IMO).

From what little we have seen I would say no, just a few small things in his game that suggest he is not a natural winger and like most have pointed out has spent time in the forwards.
Think it was his break against Leeds, failed to change the ball into his left hand so he could fend off the defender with his right, to quality players these things are natural.
Still if Morgan sees him as been able to do the job then fair enough, has done ok for us so far and did well against the numerous kicks from Long in the derby.

| His positioning on power plays towards him is awful, look at the Leeds game. I just don't think he is a quality player ateotd. If we want to be a top team, homegrown or not, Latus isn't good enough IMO. Wigan don't promote a Latus.
