| The introduction of Wheeldon, Hodgson and Cockayne changed the game. Our bench was awesome yesterday and Morgan got the player rotation spot on given the type of game it was.

| Morgan showed how much of a better coach he is. Interchanges spot on whilst Agar never utilised his bench to it's anywhere near it's potential. It was the Hull pack that worried me most and I was correct for the first 10 minutes of the game. What did Hull expect with there go forward leaving Houghton to play 80 minutes in an intensive game like that. Bet he was shattered come full time.

You are correct , especially about the interchanges but I think we all know that Morgan is a better coach than Agar.
As I said on a thread on the Hull board, Rovers look a good side and if there can have some luck with injuries they should challenge for the top 4, you have the best 7 in the league and one of the best second row partnerships in SL.
Hull need to improve their goal line defence and discipline we looked better with ball in hand than last year and caused you some problems, i aren't too disheartened with the performance and we should still make the playoffs this year, our two new signings should give us greater balance and more depth.
Frighting (or exciting to you) to think of your backrow if Mason comes.

Lets not forget Rhys Lovegrove who was Rovers best forward last season is still be come back at some point so the options Morgan has from a fit squad are mouth watering for the Red and White fans when Willie arrives.

Think losing Radford as well didn`t help our cause t.b.h.,not taking anything away from your win.

On reflection I think it was Rufus' latest crushing victory over Airlie Bird that set the tone

Yes the SKY commentary team didn't notice the ball steal by Wheeldon but it was a real big play.
Also in the first half looked for sure Houghton was going over and was stopped just short by (I think) Welham.

| It was an understandable decision , but with the way Rovers were under the cosh at the time it may have been a better option to go for the try when awarded the penalty.
Hull had all the momentum up to then , but well and truly lost it after that.

| As a Leeds fan, I was very impressed by your win. From the first moments of the game, I thought your team had a much better game plan, and even when FC got a couple of tries, you didn't panic. Good stuff all round.

I would say the best.
I am not saying that as individuals Newton and Galea are the best two second rowers, but as a pair they take some bettering IMO

I think the key to it was not panicking when we went 14-0 down. That must have come down to the continuity in the side and the trust they have in each other. Wouldnt want to go that far behind against any of our top 4 rivals though!

At 14-0, we had hardly had the ball in hand which means you cannot score, once we had control of the ball it was clear it would be one way traffic.
I see Robbie (Hunter) Paul !!!! has tipped Rovers to be the side that could upset the applecart at the end of the season.
