To sign a big-earner you have to release a big-earner. Leeds and Saints are the top teams as much, or more IMO, because they are the best collectives. They have top players, but they are made to look even better because of the familiarity and fluency of the team. Continuity, with just one or two good signings from outside the club each year is the way to [imaintain[/i a squad.
