| As much as it pains me i have to give credit where credit is due.
Your lads were quicker off the mark today and the kicking game was a lot better than ours. Got a bit frenetic towards the end and i thought we might have pinched it.
Good turnout from your supporters and between us we are the leagues truest and biggest derby.
WELL DONE

| As usual the humbugs spent half the game with 14 on their side - and I don't mean Ganson! Their trainer/water carrier (yellow top) was practically a 2nd full back for them. Still they cant beat us with 14 now

Saints by plenty, by miles even!

HKR are about as poor as it gets.
When referring to the atmosphere of the HJ...

According to Sky, we had a starting 12 and 5 on the bench.

| That result today for Rovers signifies what we have seen coming on the east side of the river and what those across the other side have chosen to ignore, and that is, after four derby wins on the bounce, sitting third in the league behind Saint and Leeds, we are now the number one team in this city.

Yep, it also proves that the Hull Derby is the biggest and best in the league.
Compare that game to the lukewarm affair served up last night...

| Great effort from all the team and our defence was excellent and it was that which won us the game in the end.
Not a great performance in attack though, and some players were under-par IMO.
Wire aside, our worst performance of the season...

Honestly thought he would vault the barrier and sit in the east stand just to wind them up. Of all the Aussies he really does understand the rivalry. A legend already.

He's also proud of Wheeldon for "switching from the dark-side". His words.

| Quote: Pudsey Robin "I thought we'd blown it towards the end. We should have been home & hosed by half time. As much as I think Jake Webster (or Newton; as the guy on Sky kept calling him) is a good centre, he sometimes blows chances with silly off loads. I thought both sides defended brilliantly and as much as it pains me to say it; if FC colud have kept hold of the ball a bit more, they would have won that game. Other than from the opening kick, did Rovers get a penalty?'"
one straight from the kick off ano 0 for the other 79.59 mins
