Thats funny, I can't remember many Wakey fans saying that they were gonna win the grand final.
As for Cockayne, yes he's a decent player but lets not carried away eh there's a few better than him at this stage.

How many times have you seen cockayne play. He isn't just your average full back

Exactly what most of us are saying, "at this stage". The question is has Ben got what it takes to be a future GB international.

I'v seen him play 4 or 5 times and I rate him as one of , if not the best of your players, however he is yet to play a superleague game yet so it's a bit early to be talking about him as a GB international. I'm not saying he won't make it but lets just wait a bit eh.

| The following players are already way ahead of Cochayne in the pecking order:
Wellens - Saints
Briscoe - Hull
Reardon - Warrington
Ashton - Wigan
Fitzpatrick - Salford
Added onto this list you can pencil in the names of :
Leon Pryce
David Hodgson
Rochard Horne
who have played this position before and possibly even Lee Smith
so by my reckoning at present he may be approx 10th in the queue, assuming I haven't missed anyone else out.
In 3 years time he most probably will be 5th or 6th in the queue but thats about it.

| It is a massive step up from NL to the Super League. If he is to get even anywere near the BG forty man squad he needs to perfrom as one of the best full backs week in week out. If he carries on improving maybe in 4-5 years, but the likes of Cooke, Coley, Briers etc (i am not aying they are full backs) have been perfroming well over the past few years and do not get in the side. Wellens will take a huge amount of shifting from that place

MMMmmm Briscoe better than Cockayne you say. Not so sure about that one. In a Hull/Rovers 13 I would pick Cockayne.

Thats the player Steve Hampson. The guy who used to use a trampoline as a training method for catching the ball. Ben Cockayne mirrors Steve Hampson.

[quote="Wiseman/Roverite/Degreed/Enlightened/League Junkie/Broad Paulerick/Big Spender/Feelgood/Always A Robin...!!":s41gsnxs]Like already stated [b:s41gsnxs]Yeaman will be a Rovers player next season.[/b:s41gsnxs] Think the giveaway is he says he is to concerned with on the field matters to discuss his future with the club at present. The article also discusses other East Hull lads at the KC and the possibility of them interesting Rovers, ie Craig Hall, Lee Radford, Richard Horne, Grahame Horne, and Danny Washbrook.[/quote:s41gsnxs]:22861.jpg |

| He reminds me of paul reilly. If he can alm himself down he might end up at a big club. if not he'll be destined to spend his days with the also rans

The guy is from Warrington and a neutral, so just maybe he was expressing HIS OWN PERSONAL opinion, without bias. Has for an Hull/Rovers 13 I'd pick Horne at Full Back to allow Cooke and "the ginger messiah" to play half back

| He is a good quality palyer who could play for a regualr SL side but there are just too many better players at fullback, but nevertheless he will be a key player for you next year.
