Total 375,030
Of a total of 620,722, so 60%

In the scenario that the additional shares were allotted to one of these, their combined holding would be 72%.

If you lose it do you lose your shares?

I don't understand shares, perhaps someone could enlighten me? My neighbour double glazed his whole house, build a conservatory and had his kitchen redone by cashing in some KC shares several years ago. I was a bit jealous to be honest, How do you keep up with the Jones' when they have these secret shares?

Keep it simple, I want to know;

Are you using Companies House Webcheck?

On the order information page if you check "include allotment of shares" it tells you that document SH01 shows an increased share capital value as of last week by £125,000.

Can't answer the BMR question, no matter how many times you ask.
