Was the same for both clubs. I'm not going to come out and say the best team won, but Rover's held up well in the last 20 minutes when it was all or nothing for Hull. Wasn't the prettiest of games, but was a good derby game. (Barring the score of course icon_wink.gif )

True. I think it was a bit of a scrappy game actually. Our goalline defence has been excellent this season. Two of Hull's tries were from clean breaks, the other a good individual effort from Berrigan (that I thought Briscoe held up actually icon_iamwithstupid.gif ), so I think we deserved the victory because of this.

It could have gone either way. Like I said, a good derby.

Thought Galea was your man of the match today as he showed his big game experience by been the calm head in your side and nullifying our main strike player in Manu.

Hard to choose a MOTM.

Galea, Fox, Colbon, Lovegrove was good too.

I'd go with Galea, as he was everywhere on the pitch, and he broke the line so many times.

People are saying how brilliant Hull were in the last 20, and although our attack was appalling, our defence was some of the best i've ever seen. Brilliant!

Galea MOM for me, but I thought Jake Webster took his try well and did well in defence.

Galea followed by Briscoe.

Said it for around a year now; Galea is by far and away your best player. Absolutely class.

I've changed my mind, I think today's MOTM was:-

"Jake Newton"

Tbh I didn't think we played very well with ball in hand but the defence was superb!

For sheer bravery I would say Briscoe MOM.
